Expert Early Childhood Wraparound Coordinators: Our team is trained in the NH Wraparound Model, an evidence-based practice that assists families in gaining the tools and support they need to experience stability and success in their communities, schools, and homes. Our providers engage in ongoing professional development and cross-discipline collaborations to continually cultivate their skills. We are highly committed to training the growing work force of Early Childhood Wraparound Coordinators.

Behavioral and Mental Health Referrals tailored to the needs of Young Children: Through the NH Wraparound Model process, families choose team members that are committed to assisting in the family's success for the remainder of the child's life. Team members may consist of behavioral health providers who are certified to provide a high level of care across a broad variety of assessment and treatment approaches specifically aimed at infants and young children.

Community-Based Relationships
We have established relationships with other community-based partners and care coordination services to help families connect to outside services if needed. NFI North is one of two Care Management Entities for the State of New Hampshire. We provide your child and family with integrated care for all of your needs.
